How do I download my invoice or receipt?
You can download invoices and receipts for any payment directly from your Invoices Up billing portal. This is useful for accounting, reimbursements, or record-keeping. Follow the steps below to access and download your documents.
Step 1: Go to Your Subscription Settings
Start by navigating to your Profile. Once there, click the Subscription tab at the top of the screen. This section displays your current plan, along with options to upgrade or downgrade.
You will also see a toggle for monthly or yearly billing, and a link to view all available pricing plans.
Click the Update Subscription button to continue.
Step 2: Check Your Email for Access
To protect your account, we use email-based login. After you click to update your subscription, you will be asked to check your inbox for a secure login link.
If you do not receive the link, you can enter a different email or contact support for help.
Step 3: Use the Link to Access the Customer Portal
Open the email from Invoices Up and click the button to access your customer portal. This link is time-sensitive and valid for 30 minutes. Make sure you complete the process shortly after receiving the email.
Step 4: View Invoice Details
On the invoice summary page, you’ll see an overview that includes the payment amount, invoice number, and payment date. You can also view more details about the transaction.
To download the invoice, click the Download invoice button. To download the payment receipt, click Download receipt.
Both documents will be saved to your device as PDF files.
Step 5: Understand Your Invoice
The invoice PDF includes the invoice number, issue date, and due date. It also lists your product details, quantity, unit price, and total amount charged. You can use this file as a formal payment record.
Step 6: Review the Receipt
The receipt PDF includes the invoice number, receipt number, and the date the payment was processed. It confirms that your payment has been completed and mirrors the product information shown on the invoice.
