How do I report a security bug or vulnerability?

We take the security of our app and your data seriously. If you’ve discovered a potential security vulnerability in Invoices Up, we’d appreciate your help in reporting it responsibly.

How to report it

1. Submit a Support Form

You can also report the issue by submitting a support ticket by going to invoicesup.com/support

Select "I'd like to report a software bug" from the dropdown, then fill in the required details.

2. Email Us

You can also email us directly at support@invoicesup.com with the following details:

• A clear description of the issue
• Steps to reproduce it
• Any supporting screenshots, logs, or test cases (if applicable)

We’ll review your report as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout the process. If your report is valid, we’ll work to resolve it promptly.

Responsible disclosure

We ask that you:

• Don’t publicly disclose the vulnerability until we’ve had time to address it
• Avoid accessing or modifying data that doesn’t belong to you
• Use test accounts where possible
