What is your refund policy?
We’re confident Invoices Up will add value to your business. But if it’s not the right fit, we offer a 14-day refund window on all new subscriptions.
If you cancel your plan within 14 days of upgrading, just contact our support team and we’ll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
We believe in making things simple, transparent, and fair.
What’s not eligible for a refund?
- Renewals: Refunds are only available for first-time purchases. Renewals or recurring subscription charges aren’t eligible.
- Partial months: We don’t offer refunds for unused time after the refund window ends.
- Free trials: All plans include a 7-day free trial so you can try the app before upgrading. Refunds don’t apply to trial periods since they’re already free.
